Step-by-Step Guides

Your First Vibe-Motion Animation in 5 Minutes

New to Vibe-Motion? Follow these seven steps to go from zero to your first exported animation. No design skills, no software installation, no coding required -- just a browser and your imagination.

STEP 01

Visit Higgsfield Vibe-Motion

Go to higgsfield.ai/vibe-motion in your browser. Sign up for a free account using email or Google login. Free credits are included so you can start creating immediately.

STEP 02

Choose a Creation Type

Select from Infographics, Text Animation, Posters, Presentations, or start from scratch. For your first project, we recommend Text Animation -- it produces impressive results quickly and is a great way to learn.

STEP 03

Describe Your Animation

Type a natural language prompt in the chat interface describing what you want. Be specific about content, colors, style, and motion. The AI interprets your description and generates the animation in real time on the live canvas.

STEP 04

Iterate and Refine

Review the preview and continue chatting to adjust colors, timing, layout, or content. The AI remembers your full conversation, so each message builds on the previous state. Use UI controls for fine-tuning fonts, sizes, and animation speed.

STEP 05

Choose Color Scheme

Select from built-in presets (Mosaic, Prism, Candy) or input custom brand colors using hex codes. For brand consistency, the Custom option ensures every animation matches your brand identity without manual color adjustments each time.

STEP 06

Export Your Animation

Click Export, choose your resolution (720p for drafts, 1080p for social media, 4K for professional use), and download as MP4. The rendering takes just a few seconds. Share directly or use the download link.

Writing Better Vibe-Motion Prompts

The quality of your Vibe-Motion output depends almost entirely on how you write your prompts. Follow these four fundamental rules to consistently produce professional-quality AI motion graphics.

Rule 1: Be Specific

Include exact colors (hex codes), precise timing (seconds), specific fonts, and exact text content. Instead of "blue background," write "#1E3A5F dark navy background." Vagueness leads to generic results -- specificity produces professional output.

Rule 2: Think Sequentially

Describe animations in the order they should happen. The AI processes your prompt linearly, so "title fades in (0-1s), then subtitle appears (1-1.5s), then CTA scales up (1.5-2s)" produces a well-timed sequence.

Rule 3: Reference Known Effects

Use standard motion design terminology: "fade in," "slide from left," "typewriter effect," "elastic bounce," "scale up," "stagger." The AI understands these terms and translates them into precise animations.

Rule 4: Iterate Step by Step

Don't try to describe everything in one prompt. Build progressively: first establish layout and content, then add animation, then refine timing and colors. Vibe-Motion's context memory makes iterative refinement effortless.

Good vs Bad Prompts

Bad Prompt Good Prompt
"Make a chart" "Green bar chart with 4 bars, Q1-Q4 revenue, bars grow upward sequentially over 2 seconds on white background"
"Animate some text" "Fade in 'Product Launch' letter by letter in bold white, 48px, centered on #1a1a2e background, over 1.5 seconds"
"Make it look nice" "Use minimal Apple-keynote style with whitespace, SF Pro font, and subtle fade transitions between sections"

Example Prompts to Get Started

Copy any of these prompts directly into Vibe-Motion to create your first animation. Each one is designed to demonstrate a different capability and produce impressive results on the first try.

Simple Text Animation

Create a 3-second text animation:
- Text: "Welcome"
- Style: Fade in from bottom
- Color: White on dark blue
- Font: Clean and modern

Animated Bar Chart

Create a bar chart showing sales:
Jan: $12K, Feb: $18K, Mar: $24K
Green bars on white background
Bars grow upward one at a time

Logo Reveal

Minimal logo reveal:
1. Screen starts black
2. White line draws from center
3. "BRAND" appears above the line
4. Tagline fades in below
5. Hold for 2 seconds

Social Media Quote

Square (1:1) quote card:
Background: #111827
Quote: "Innovation distinguishes
between a leader and a follower"
Typewriter effect over 3 seconds
Attribution fades in after
